Roadmap

Workpackages

WP1: Datasets

Generate the required datasets to design models of local physical interactions (WP2), establish the relations between the macroscopic features of a crowd motion with the microscopic features of physical interactions (WP4) and validate technologies resulting from the project.

WP2: Modelling and Simulating High Density Crowds

Deliver a new generation of crowd simulation techniques that can predict crowd behaviours at macroscopic scales from numerical models of physical interactions. WP2 is strongly connected to WP1.

WP3: Macro-to-micro Crowd Motion Analysis

Deliver a new method for crowd motion analysis that is capable of estimating the intensity of physical interactions between individuals from the observation of macroscopic crowd motion features.

WP4: Crowd Management Technologies

Explore usage of the main technologies developed along the project CrowdDNA, namely, the CrowdDNA analysis method and develop management techniques that explore the best usage of this information.

WP5: Dissemination, Exploitation & Communication

Disseminate and exploit research outputs & communicate to wider public.

WP6: Management

Ensure high quality and relevant research outputs, ensure financial management, ensure full and timely communications between partners and manage risks.

WP7: Ethics requirements

Set out the "ethics requirements" that the project must comply with.
